How it works..

The PC Configurator v2.0 can be installed on your very own server in 5 minutes! The administrator can then begin to setup the system immediately.

PC Configurator v2.0 will allow consumers to build their own computer on your website and even more importantly, allow you (the administrator) to sell various machine configurations that can be upgraded by the website user.

You can build desktop computers, laptops, notebooks, macs and in fact just about any variation of computer all from one php script!

Guide your users easily through your website and give them a great choice across a wide spectrum of computers. The sleek design of pc configurator will not disappoint. Crisp white backgrounds maximising the screen area with only the information relative to the computer you are looking at.

When you choose a preconfigured computer or laptop, see the upgrade options with the prices to match the upgrades and see the price change as you configure. Once you have your configured machine, simply add it to the shopping cart and either continue shopping or simply checkout!

The user can start their search for a computer by first choosing what type of machine they would like. Once chosen they then choose a processor brand (Intel, AMD etc) and will then be presented with the components to build their machine. All components will be compatible with the processor the user chooses which stops any incorrect configurations from being built.

The idea behind the PC Configurator is that the administrator can enter all computer stock and prices to the system through the administration panel with total ease which will in turn give your customers a comprehensive shopping cart system which again is simple to operate.

Our front end system will guide a user through the process of choosing a processor, a main board (only boards compatible with chosen processor will be displayed for selection) then all other components required to complete a computer system. The shopping cart will automatically update the total price continually and the user can mix and match components to suit taste and budget!

Once the user is happy with a configuration they have built, they can buy the system (currently using Paypal - standalone credit card module in development) - Please Note - Our system features a built in order system in the admin area where you can control which payment options are available to the end user (currently only Paypal).
